My Aims
While I’m open to the right full-time position, I’m more drawn to contract and consulting work – providing services to people and organizations using the broad set of skills I’ve developed over the last two decades: Strategic and system design, user experience audits, creative workshop facilitation, and guidance for teams looking to do their best work.
Consulting
Whether you’re a founder with a good idea and a mediocre eye for design, a leader in an established organization with dated systems, or a stakeholder for a product that isn’t hitting the mark, I’m here to help. I'm adept at mapping and analyzing systems to identifying friction points and define solutions. I’m especially interested in (thought not limited to) working with organizations focused on climate tech, human rights, cooperative organizations, queer and trans healthcare, cannabis tech, nonprofits, co-ops and the like - let’s get to work.
Coaching & Workshops
I’m adept at identifying pain points across teams, process, and tools. I’m fascinated by the flow of information from human to machine through process (and vice versa). I have experience in and enjoy facilitating workshops to help teams solve product problems, improve team dynamics, or cultivate a culture of curiosity and creativity. I’ve facilitated user journey workshops, design thinking workshops, and agile workshops, but if you’re looking for something specifically tailored to your needs, I'd love to help.
Collabs
After a decade in a corporate, remote culture, I've found that community and connection are the core of my livelihood. I long for the days of technology past where smart people got weird and creative together - driven by the problems they had to solve, not the profits they would make. I’m always looking for opportunities to collaborate on creative projects across modes and mediums. If you want to make art, play music, design something, build something, plant something, sew something, or write something, reach out - Let's make something together.
